2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 285 on page 1,
3 line 1, after "Code", by inserting "by adding Section 6-131
4 and"; and
5 on page 1, line 5, after "amended", by inserting "by adding
6 Section 6-131 and"; and
7 on page 1, below line 6, by inserting the following:
8 "(605 ILCS 5/6-131 new)
9 Sec. 6-131. Senior citizen transportation and mass
10 transit programs; district road fund. A road district may
11 use money in its district road fund to pay for all or part of
12 the direct costs of senior citizen transportation programs or
13 senior citizen mass transit programs, or both.".
