1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 463
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 463 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 19, by replacing "photocopied" with
4 "recorded"; and
5 on page 1, by replacing lines 25 through 28 with "a driver be
6 licensed."; and
7 on page 4, line 10, before "license", by inserting
8 "driver's"; and
9 on page 4, line 11, by replacing "said latter person and"
10 with "the said latter person, and"; and
11 on page 4, line 11, by replacing "where said" with "where the
12 said"; and
13 on page 4, by replacing lines 12 through 16 with "license, if
14 any, was issued, and the license's expiration date, if any.
15 Such record shall be open to inspection".
