1 AN ACT in relation to financial institutions, amending
2 named Acts.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Banking Act is amended by
6 changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (205 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 17, par. 301)
8 Sec. 1. Title. This Act may be cited as the Illinois
9 Banking Act.

11 Section 10. The Illinois Savings and Loan Act of 1985 is
12 amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

14 Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
15 be cited as the "Illinois Savings and Loan Act of 1985".
