1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 856
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 856, AS AMENDED,
3 by replacing Section 99 with the following:
4 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect
5 January 1, 1998, except that the provisions in Section 20
6 amending Section 9 of the Use Tax Act and the provisions in
7 Section 30 amending Section 3 of the Retailers' Occupation
8 Tax Act take effect January 1, 1999.".
