Amends the Illinois Building Commission Act and the State
Finance Act to create the Illinois Building Commission
Revolving Fund. Provides that the Commission may accept
fees, donations, and any other sources of income for deposit
into the Fund. Provides that moneys in the Fund may be used,
subject to appropriation, for the operations of the
Commission. Effective immediately.

1 AN ACT concerning the Illinois Building Commission.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Building Commission Act is
5 amended by adding Section 18 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 3918/18 new)
7 Sec. 18. The Illinois Building Commission Revolving
8 Fund. The Illinois Building Commission Revolving Fund is
9 created as a special fund in the State treasury. The
10 Commission may accept fees, donations, and any other sources
11 of income for deposit into this Fund. Moneys in the Fund may
12 be used, subject to appropriation, for the operations of the
13 Commission.
14 Section 10. The State Finance Act is amended by adding
15 Section 5.480 as follows:
16 (30 ILCS 105/5.480 new)
17 Sec. 5.480. The Illinois Building Commission Revolving
18 Fund.
19 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
20 becoming law.
