1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1347
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1347, on page 1,
3 by replacing lines 6 through 13 with the following:
4 "(20 ILCS 3918/50 new)
5 Sec. 50. The Illinois Building Commission Revolving
6 Fund. The Illinois Building Commission Revolving Fund is
7 created in the State treasury. The Illinois Building
8 Commission may establish fees for services provided in
9 fulfilling its mandate under this Act. All fees collected by
10 the Commission shall be deposited into the Illinois Building
11 Commission Revolving Fund. The Commission may also accept
12 donations or monies from any other source for deposit into
13 this fund. All interest accrued on the fees, donations and
14 other deposits to the Illinois Building Commission Revolving
15 Fund shall be deposited into the the fund. All monies in the
16 Illinois Building Commission Revolving fund may be used,
17 subject to appropriation by the Illinois General Assembly, to
18 carry out the activities of the Act, including the expenses
19 of the Illinois Building Commission, a clearinghouse on State
20 building requirements, or other purposes consistent with the
21 Act."
