DART AND SILVA. 220 ILCS 5/2-103 from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 2-103 Amends the Public Utilities Act to prohibit employees of the Illinois Commerce Commission from becoming employed by a regulated public utility within 2 years after the end of their employment with the Commission.
