Short description: ICC RE-EMPLOYMENT LIMITATIONS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Public Utilities Act to prohibit employees of the Illinois Commerce Commission from becoming employed by a regulated public utility within 2 years after the end of their employment with the Commission. Extends certain existing employment limitations applicable to Commissioners from one to 2 years. Effective July 1, 1997. FISCAL NOTE (Ill.
