PUGH-FEIGENHOLTZ-HOWARD-TURNER,ART-LOPEZ, GILES, 
   O'BRIEN AND BROSNAHAN.

   815 ILCS 505/2B.3 new                                                       

        Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business  Practices  Act.      
   Provides that it is an unlawful practice for a person to discriminate,      
   with  respect  to  the price charged for services of a similar or like      
   kind, against a person because of the person's gender.  Provides  that      
   these provisions do not prohibit certain price differentiations.
