Prohibits the Department of Transportation from spending any funds from the General Revenue Fund or road fund toward the development of an airport in Will County until the Department of Natural Resources and the Environmental Protection Agency have conducted certain studies. Requires these studies to be reported to the General Assembly. Effective immediately. FISCAL NOTE (EPA) The remediation investigation would be approximately $100,000.
