Adds reference to: 5 ILCS 315/9 from Ch. 48, par. 1609 Provides that whenever a petition has been filed demonstrating that 75% or more of the employees of a unit of local government employing 5 or more, but less than 35, employees wish to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining by a labor organization as exclusive representative, the Illinois Local Labor Relations Board shall investigate and conduct a hearing upon the petition.
