Provides that the Illinois Department of Employment Security shall include available State jobs (with specified exceptions) in its job listings at free employment offices. Provides that the listing shall be accessible to the public without special assistance on the same computer terminal, in the same format, and posted within the same amount of time as all other job listings, and shall be displayed by category, by title, and by region of the State.
