MCGUIRE-SLONE. New Act Creates the Workplace Safety and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Committee Act. Provides that each public and private employer of at least 50 employees shall establish a safety committee at each of the employer's primary places of employment (as defined in the Act).
