BRADFORD AND HARTKE. New Act Creates the Physician Nondiscrimination Act. Provides that all physicians shall be accorded equal professional status and that the laws of Illinois shall not be construed or administered in a manner that discriminates against any category of physician or medical, chiropractic, or osteopathic college. Provides that violations may be enjoined. Effective immediately. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
