GIGLIO.

   730 ILCS 5/3-7-2          from Ch. 38, par. 1003-7-2                        

        Amends the Unified Code of Corrections.   Requires  prisoners  in      
   Department of Corrections facilities to wear standardized uniforms and      
   prohibits  them  access  to  cable television service.  Also prohibits      
   prisoners from using cell phones.
