   20 ILCS 2310/55.90 new                                                      

        Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.   Requires  the      
   Department  of  Public Health to establish a service-education linkage      
   program  to  improve  the  supply  and  distribution  of  health  care      
   professionals throughout Illinois.  Effective immediately.
