DART. 20 ILCS 505/17a-13 new Amends the Children and Family Services Act. Requires the Department of Children and Family Services to develop protocol for child sexual abuse treatment and to evaluate cases of child sexual abuse based on that protocol. Provides that the Bureau of Clinical Services shall have responsibility for the development and evaluation of the protocol.
