BURZYNSKI-BOMKE. 40 ILCS 5/7-141.1 Amends the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund Article of the Pension Code to make the early retirement program available to employees of municipalities. Specifies that the decision to provide a program of early retirement incentives is within the sole discretion of the employer. Effective immediately.
