RADOGNO. 235 ILCS 5/9-10.2 new Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that in a city or village that has prohibited the sale at retail of alcoholic liquor, upon the adoption of a resolution by the corporate authorities of the city or village calling for a referendum allowing the sale at retail of alcoholic liquor or upon the filing in the office of the clerk at least 90 days before an election in the city or village of a petition directed to the clerk containing the signatures of not less than 10% of the legal voters of the city or village to submit to the voters of the city or village the proposition to allow the sale at retail of alcoholic liquor, the clerk shall certify the proposition to the proper election officials.
