Deletes reference to: New Act Adds reference to: 35 ILCS 5/203 from Ch. 120, par. 2-203 Deletes everything. Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Creates a deduction equal to the amount paid during the tax year by a taxpayer, up to $10,000, for the cost of drugs prescribed by a licensed physician to prevent the taxpayer's body from rejecting a surgically transplanted organ. Exempts the deduction from the sunset provisions. Effective immediately. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 2. Adds reference to: 755 ILCS 45/4-10 from Ch. 110 1/2, par. 804-10 Amends the Powers of Attorney for Health Care Law within the Power of Attorney Act.
