ELEC CD-EXPEND-PERSONAL USE                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Election Code.  Prohibits the expenditure of or a loan      
   of campaign funds for  any  personal  use  unrelated  to  a  political      
   campaign  involving a candidate or question of public policy.  Defines      
   "personal use".  Effective January 1, 1998.
