FUNERAL-CEMETERY-TECHNICAL                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Funeral or Burial Funds Act.  Adds a  caption      
   to the Section concerning forfeiture of payments.  Amends the Cemetery      
   Care Act.  Adds a caption to and makes a technical change to the short      
   title Section.  Amends the Illinois Pre-Need Cemetery Sales Act.  Adds      
   a caption and makes a technical change to the short title Section.          
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE                                           
          In the opinion of DCCA, HB743 fails to create a State mandate.
