Short description: TAXES-ROLLING STK EXEMPT-TAXIS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 1997 and ending on or before December 30, 2002, the rolling stock exemption shall apply to any taxi equipment that can verify at least 25% of its annual business for shipments across state lines.
