Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Institutions, Facilities, and Programs Article of  the      
   Unified  Code  of  Corrections.  Makes technical changes in provisions      
   regarding crimes committed by persons confined by  the  Department  of      
   Corrections.                                                                
          FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Transportation)                                
          HB928 will not impact DOT.                                           
          CORRECTIONAL NOTE                                                    
          HB928 has no fiscal or prison population impact on DOC.
