Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Civil Administrative Code. Renumbers the  Sections  of      
   the  Code,  organizes  the  renumbered  Sections  into  Articles,  and      
   rearranges  the  sequence  of  the  renumbered  Sections  according to      
   subject matter. Also resections some long Sections of  the  Code  into      
   shorter Sections. Amends various other Acts to change cross references      
   to the Civil Aministrative Code to reflect the renumbering of the Code      
   Sections. Effective January 1, 1998.
