Requires the Department of Natural Resources to develop an energy efficiency fact sheet relating to residential property. Provides that, upon request, the Department shall conduct presentations on energy efficiency matters. Requires the Department to distribute the fact sheets to all mortgage lenders in Illinois. Requires the mortgage lenders to make the fact sheets available to the public. FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Natural Resources) Estimated administration cost is $50,000 annually. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 20 ILCS 1120/7 new Adds reference to: 20 ILCS 605/46.69 new Provides that the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs, rather than the Department of Natural Resources, shall develop and distribute the energy efficiency fact sheets.
