Provides that the defendant if convicted shall pay the costs of prosecution of a university traffic ordinance. Provides that costs of prosecution include costs in serving criminal summons and criminal subpoenas. Provides that costs shall be in addition to all other costs, fees, and fines. Effective immediately.
