SHRINERS HOSPITAL LIC PLATES                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Vehicle Code and the State  Finance  Act.   Authorizes      
   special   license  plates  designated  as  Shriners  Hospital  plates.      
   Provides for increased fees for these plates to be  paid  to  Shriners      
   Hospital  for the purpose of the care of disabled children, subject to      
   appropriation by the General Assembly and approval by the Secretary of      
   State.
