Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Health  Maintenance  Organization  Act.    Makes   a      
   stylistic  change  in  a  Section  concerning the powers of the Health      
   Maintenance Organization Guaranty Association.                              
          STATE MANDATES ACT FISCAL NOTE                                       
          Fails to create a State mandate.                                     
          FISCAL NOTE (Dpt. of Insurance)                                      
          HB 3016 will have no fiscal impact.
