Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Automated Teller Machine Security Act.  Requires  that      
   surveillance  cameras shall be installed to view and record activities      
   occurring at automated teller machines.  Requires the recordings to be      
   preserved for at least 30 days.
