HOSP-WEATHER EMERG WARNING                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Nursing Home Care Act and the Hospital  Licensing  Act      
   to  provide that the Department of Public Health shall by rule require      
   facilities licensed  under  the  Acts  to  develop  automatic  weather      
   emergency warning systems.
