Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure.  Provides that  neither  a      
   parent nor a child may be compelled to disclose in a criminal court or      
   to  a  grand  jury  any  statement  made to the parent or child by the      
   other.                                                                      
          FISCAL NOTE (Administrative Office of Ill. Courts)                   
          The bill would not have a fiscal impact on the Judicial Branch.
