Senate Sponsors: WELCH. Short description: ELEC CD-WEEKLY REPORT-$2500 Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Election Code. Provides that any political committee shall file a report of campaign contributions for any calendar week in which the political committee has received contributions in an aggregate amount of $2,500 or more. Provides that the report shall be filed within 5 business days after receiving the contributions. Provides that the report shall include the name and address of each person who has made one or more contributions during the reporting period in an aggregate amount of $150 or more. Effective immediately.
