ELEC CD-ELECTRONIC CAMP RPTS                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Election Code.  Requires,  rather  than  permits,  the      
   electronic  filing  of  campaign  finance reports filed with the State      
   Board of Elections.  Requires, rather than permits, the State Board to      
   adopt  the  necessary  rules.   Requires  the  State  Board  to   make      
   accessible  through  the  World Wide Web only those reports filed with      
   it.  Effective immediately.
