1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2023
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2023, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 2, on page 1, line 11, by replacing "educational facility
5 " with "school"; and
6 on page 1, line 12, after "requirements.", by inserting "This
7 Section applies only to counties with a population of more
8 than 3,000,000. In this Section, "school" means a school as
9 defined in Section 34-1.1 of the School Code."; and
10 on page 1, lines 13 and 14, by replacing "an educational
11 facility for children 18 years of age or younger" with "a
12 school".
