1 AN ACT to amend the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois
2 by adding Section 46.70.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
6 amended by adding Section 46.70 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 605/46.70 new)
8 Sec. 46.70. Equitable Employment Practices program. The
9 Department shall develop a model program to encourage women's
10 opportunities in employment and business. The program shall
11 be called the Equitable Employment Practices program.
