The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is 6 amended by adding Section 46.70 as follows: 7 (20 ILCS 605/46.70 new) 8 Sec. 46.70. Equitable Employment Practices program. The 9 Department shall develop a model program to encourage women's 10 opportunities in employment and business. The program shall 11 be called the Equitable Employment Practices program.
