6 To the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the
7 House of Representatives:
8 We, the conference committee appointed to consider the
9 differences between the houses in relation to House
10 Amendments Nos. 1, 2, and 3 to Senate Bill 441, recommend the
11 following:
12 (1) that the Senate concur in House Amendments Nos. 1
13 and 3; and
14 (2) that the House recede from House Amendment No. 2;
15 and
16 (3) that Senate Bill 441, AS AMENDED, be further amended
17 as follows:
18 by renumbering Section 7 as Section 30; and
19 by renumbering Section 10 as Section 55; and
20 by inserting immediately below the end of Section 5 the
21 following:
22 "Section 10. The University of Illinois Act is amended
23 by adding Section 20 as follows:
24 (110 ILCS 305/20 new)
25 Sec. 20. Form of appropriation request. The annual
26 appropriation request that the Board of Trustees makes to the
27 General Assembly shall be broken down by campus of the
28 University, with further breakdowns by fund,
29 function/division, and line item.
30 Section 15. The Southern Illinois University Management

1 Act is amended by adding Section 10 as follows:
2 (110 ILCS 520/10 new)
3 Sec. 10. Form of appropriation request. The annual
4 appropriation request that the Board makes to the General
5 Assembly shall be broken down by campus of the University,
6 with further breakdowns by fund, function/division, and line
7 item.
8 Section 20. The Chicago State University Law is amended
9 by adding Section 5-115 as follows:
10 (110 ILCS 660/5-115 new)
11 Sec. 5-115. Form of appropriation request. The annual
12 appropriation request that the Board makes to the General
13 Assembly shall be broken down by campus of the University,
14 with further breakdowns by fund, function/division, and line
15 item.
16 Section 25. The Eastern Illinois University Law is
17 amended by adding Section 10-115 as follows:
18 (110 ILCS 665/10-115 new)
19 Sec. 10-115. Form of appropriation request. The annual
20 appropriation request that the Board makes to the General
21 Assembly shall be broken down by campus of the University,
22 with further breakdowns by fund, function/division, and line
23 item."; and
24 in Section 30, in the introductory clause, after "15-15", by
25 inserting "and adding Section 15-115"; and
26 by inserting immediately below the end of Section 30 the
27 following:
28 "(110 ILCS 670/15-115 new)

11 Assembly shall be broken down by campus of the University,
12 with further breakdowns by fund, function/division, and line
13 item.
14 Section 40. The Northeastern Illinois University Law is
15 amended by adding Section 25-115 as follows:
16 (110 ILCS 680/25-115 new)
17 Sec. 25-115. Form of appropriation request. The annual
18 appropriation request that the Board makes to the General
19 Assembly shall be broken down by campus of the University,
20 with further breakdowns by fund, function/division, and line
21 item.
22 Section 45. The Northern Illinois University Law is
23 amended by adding Section 30-125 as follows:

25 Sec. 30-125. Form of appropriation request. The annual

27 Assembly shall be broken down by campus of the University,

1 Section 50. The Western Illinois University Law is
2 amended by adding Section 35-120 as follows:
3 (110 ILCS 690/35-120 new)

7 with further breakdowns by fund, function/division, and line
8 item.".
