NATIONAL CAR CARE MONTH                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Directs the Secretary of State, the Department of Transportation,      
   and the Department of State Police to coordinate efforts  with  public      
   and private entities to celebrate National Car Care Month and continue      
   the efforts all year.                                                       
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Encourages (instead of directs) the Secretary of State, the            
   Department of Transportation, and the Department of State Police            
   to coordinate efforts with the public and private entities to cele-         
   brate National Car Care Month and continue efforts all year.
