1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 333
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 333, AS AMENDED, by
3 replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
4 following:
5 "Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by
6 changing Section 7-103.70 as follows:
7 (735 ILCS 5/7-103.70)
8 Sec. 7-103.70. Quick-take; Southwestern Illinois
9 Development Authority. Quick-take proceedings under Section
10 7-103 may be used for a period from May 22, 1998 to August
11 30, 2002 through August 30, 2003, by the Southwestern
12 Illinois Development Authority pursuant to the Southwestern
13 Illinois Development Authority Act for a project as defined
14 in Section 3 of that Act.

16 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
17 becoming law.".
