1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 629
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 629 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 8, after "material.", by inserting the
4 following:
5 "In this Section, "sexually explicit material" means material
6 that is obscene, child pornography, or material harmful to
7 minors, as those terms are defined under Sections 11-20,
8 11-20.1, and 11-21 of the Criminal Code of 1961."; and
9 on page 1, line 12, after "materials", by inserting "while on
10 school grounds. The board must maintain a copy of the
11 policy. Upon request, the board must make available a copy
12 of the policy for inspection. Compliance with this Section is
13 subject to an audit by the State Board of Education"; and
14 on page 1, line 19, after "material.", by inserting the
15 following:
