1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1011
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1011 on page 3,
3 line 12, after "agreement.", by inserting the following:
4 "No such intergovernmental agreement may authorize a
5 municipality to exercise its zoning powers, other than powers
6 that a municipality may exercise under Section 5-12001 of the
7 Counties Code, with respect to land used for agricultural
8 purposes.".
