Amend House Bill 2265 as follows: 3 on page 35, by replacing line 25 with the following: 4 "(1) A person who is convicted of violating 5 subsection (a) of Section"; and 6 on page 35, by replacing line 29 with the following: 7 "(2) A person who is convicted of violating 8 subsection (a) of Section"; and 9 on page 35, by replacing lines 32 through 34 with the 10 following: 11 "imposed, is subject to a mandatory minimum of 2 days of 12 imprisonment and a minimum fine of $1,250,"; and 13 on page 36, by replacing line 7 with the following: 14 "(3) A person who is convicted of violating 15 subsection (a) of Section"; and 16 on page 36, by replacing line 19 with the following: 17 "(4) A person who is convicted of violating this 18 subsection (c-4) a"; and 19 on page 45, line 8, by replacing "violation of" with 20 "conviction of violating"; and -2- LRB9206515DHmbam04 1 on page 45, line 11, by replacing "violation of" with 2 "conviction of violating"; and 3 on page 45, by replacing lines 13 and 14 with the following: 4 "minimum of 2 days of imprisonment and a"; and 5 on page 45, line 16, by replacing "violation of" with 6 "conviction of violating"; and 7 on page 45, line 20, by replacing "violation of" with 8 "conviction of violating".
