1 AN ACT in relation to gaming.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Riverboat Gambling Act is amended by
5 changing Section 16 as follows:
6 (230 ILCS 10/16) (from Ch. 120, par. 2416)
7 Sec. 16. Annual Report of Board. The Board shall make
8 an annual report to the Governor, for the period ending
9 December 31 of each year. Included in the report shall be an
10 account of the Board actions, its financial position and
11 results of operation under this Act, the practical results
12 attained under this Act and any recommendations for
13 legislation that which the Board deems advisable.
