 1        AN ACT in relation to the regulation of professions.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Illinois Plumbing License Law is amended
 5    by changing Section 30 as follows:

 6        (225 ILCS 320/30) (from Ch. 111, par. 1129)
 7        Sec. 30.  (1) Except as otherwise provided  for  in  this
 8    Section,  the Department shall, by rule, establish a schedule
 9    of  fees  for  examination,   registration,   and   licensure
10    sufficient to offset a portion of the costs of administration
11    and enforcement of this Act.
12        (2)  The Department may, by rule, establish a schedule of
13    fees  for  the  publication and mailing of the Illinois State
14    Plumbing Code.
15        (3)  The fee for an original  license  or  renewal  of  a
16    license as a plumbing contractor is $100.
