The following named amounts, or so much of 15 those amounts as may be necessary, respectively, for the 16 objects and purposes names, are appropriated to the Office of 17 the State Appellate Defender for expenses related to 18 federally assisted program to work on drug and violent crimes 19 appeals cases to which the agency is appointed and to provide 20 statewide training and services to Illinois Public Defenders. 21 Payable from State Appellate 22 Defender Federal Trust Fund................. 600,000 23 For State matching purposes: 24 Payable from Special State 25 Projects Fund............................... 200,000 26 Section 15. The following named amount of $2,627,675, or 27 so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the 28 Capital Litigation Trust Fund to the Office of the State 29 Appellate Defender for expenses incurred in providing 30 assistance to trial attorneys under item (c) (5) of Section 31 10 of the State Appellate Defender Act.
