3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, as follows:
5 on page 1, by replacing line 15 with the following:
6 "life or health of a child if he or she leaves a child 6
7 years of age or younger"; and
8 on page 1, line 19, after "child", by inserting "6 years of
9 age or younger".
