1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1710
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1710 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 9 through 11 with the following:
4 "time with that employee's spouse, child, or parent if the
5 spouse, child, or parent, whether employed by the same or
6 another State agency, (i) suffers from a catastrophic illness
7 or injury as defined by Section 5.25 of the Sick Leave Bank
8 Act, (ii) is eligible for sick, vacation, or personal time,
9 and (iii) has used all of".
