BELLOCK-COULSON. (MOLARO-DILLARD) 720 ILCS 5/21-6 from Ch. 38, par. 21-6 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that a person who possesses a BB gun, pellet gun, air gun, or any device manufactured and designed to be substantially similar in appearance to a firearm in a school building, school bus, or real estate comprising any school without prior written permission from the chief security officer for that school commits a Class A misdemeanor.
