        Amends  the  Illinois  Dangerous  Animals  Act.   Prohibits   the      
   possession  of  a  dangerous  animal  within  2,500  feet  of a school      
   building or the real property comprising a school.   Defines  "school"      
   as a public or private pre-school, elementary, or secondary school.
